Joy L. Walker, MBA, MSHROD, ELMCA, PSCM, has extensive experience in supplier diversity and organizational development. Currently serving as the Supplier Diversity and SBE Programs Manager at Louisville MSD since July 2006, Joy L. Walker has held various roles within the organization, including Supplier Diversity Manager, Supplier Diversity Administrator, and Diversity Analyst. Prior to this, Joy L. Walker was employed at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Assistant Vice President and held the position of Director of MBE Certification at the National Minority Supplier Development Council. Earlier, Joy L. Walker worked as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in HR & Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, an MBA from Bellarmine University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Spalding University.
