Shannon L. Tivitt serves as the Project Liaison Director for One Water at Louisville Water Company since June 2019. Prior to this role, Shannon held positions at Chrysalis Ventures and The C. E. and S. Foundation as a Special Assistant from June 2016 to June 2019, and served as Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Governor of Kentucky from November 2014 to December 2015, providing senior advisory support and policy strategy. From February 2011 to November 2014, Shannon was Chief of Staff in the Office of the Lt. Governor, where responsibilities included policy counseling and managing special projects. Earlier in career, Shannon was Chief of Staff for Louisville Metro Government, overseeing policy and administrative functions, and also served as Deputy Cabinet Secretary, facilitating a historic city-county merger and developing strategic plans for metro agencies. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts and an Associates in Arts in Political Science and Paralegal Studies from the University of Louisville.
