Georgia Perry

Georgia Perry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Georgia most recently worked at Lounge Underwear, starting in March 2019 as a Recruitment & Staff Happiness officer before being promoted to Head of People in August 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer since September 2022. Prior to that, Georgia worked at Spark44 as a Content Author/Content QA from June 2018 to March 2019. Georgia also gained extensive experience at TOPSHOP TOPMAN as a Supervisor from August 2015 to June 2018. Additionally, Georgia worked as a Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Jones Gulch during the summers between their university education, where they trained future staff and taught activities such as climbing, ropes course, canoeing, horse riding, zip, and archery. Lastly, they worked as a Supervisor at Office Shoes from November 2011 to July 2015.

Georgia Perry completed their A-levels at Haybridge High School & Sixth Form from 2012 to 2014. Georgia then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Worcester, graduating between 2015 and 2018. In 2021 and 2022, Georgia attended Avado to obtain a CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management.
