Guy Youll

Guy Youll's work experience includes serving as the Chief People Officer at Loungers plc starting in 2022, and as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Inspired Education Group from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Superdry in various roles, including Global Human Resources Director, Interim Human Resources Director, and Head of Global Business Development and Sales. Guy also worked at Premier Inn as the Head of HR Operations, and at Whitbread in roles such as Reward Manager, HR Manager, Regional HR Manager, Talent and Resourcing Advisor, Engagement and Communications Advisor, and Employment Policy Advisor. Guy began their career as a Sales Executive at Currys in 2006.

Guy Youll attended Peter Symonds College from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Psychology, Economics, and Law. Guy then went on to the University of Exeter from 2007 to 2010, where they received a 1st class Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
