Rahat Choudhury

Rahat Choudhury is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry as well as cyber security training. Currently serving as Bar Manager at Loungers plc since November 2024, Rahat previously held the same title at TGI Fridays from September 2006 to November 2024. In addition, Rahat completed a training program as a Cyber Security Consultant at CAPSLOCK between May 2023 and September 2023, acquiring certifications such as Certified Cyber Security Practitioner and CompTIA Security+. The food industry experience includes roles such as Food Technologist at Pacific Prime Foods, Food Quality Coordinator at Fairfax Meadow, and various positions related to food safety and quality management at several other companies. Rahat holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and a Foundation degree in Food Industry with Management from Harper Adams University, along with GCSE qualifications from Ousedale School.
