Colleen Sullivan

Colleen Sullivan, SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Colleen is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Lourdes University. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Human Resources Director at Interim HealthCare Inc. from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Consultant at The Employers' Association from 2019 to 2021, and as an HR Consultant from 2018 to 2019. From 2012 to 2018, Colleen was the Human Resource Director at Ohio Living. Colleen also worked as the Associate Director of HR at Sunshine Communities from 2007 to 2012. Colleen's earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at Hickory Farms, LLC from 2003 to 2005, where they were responsible for recruiting and hiring over 600 seasonal positions and managing a team of 6.

Colleen Sullivan, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Toledo. Colleen also obtained additional certifications including SHRM - SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management in February 2020, PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant from Talent Optimization by The Predictive Index in June 2019, and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2017.
