Kevin Hofmann

Kevin Hofmann serves as the Director of The Office of Racial Equity and Cultural Inclusion for the Adrian Dominican Sisters since May 2022. In addition to this role, Kevin has held various leadership positions focused on diversity and inclusion across multiple organizations, including Upper Freehold Regional School District and the Sisters of St. Francis. Kevin has developed and implemented training programs addressing topics such as implicit bias and cultural awareness, while also collaborating with educational institutions like Alma College to promote inclusivity. Kevin's extensive experience in corporate training and diversity leadership is complemented by a background in property claims adjustment at Goodville Mutual Casualty Co. and an education from Alma College, where dual Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature and Exercise Physiology were earned.
