Bill Averill

As Technical Director for Tunxis Laboratories, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Loureiro, Bill Averill is responsible for the overall operation of the laboratory with a specific emphasis on quality, efficiency, and ensuring that the client's needs are met and exceeded. His laboratory experience includes analysis, method development, and quality control reporting. He has served on several committees including the workgroup that wrote and instituted the Reasonable Confidence Protocols for the State of Connecticut.
