Sarah Lloyd

Sarah Lloyd is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, legal strategy, and risk management. As the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Louth Callan Renewables since May 2024, Sarah oversees legal matters for the organization. Prior to this role, Sarah served as Vice President and General Counsel at Barton Malow Company from March 2018 to May 2024, focusing on construction legal support, contract negotiations, and risk analysis for various projects. Sarah's legal career began at Sommers Schwartz PC as Corporate Counsel, and earlier roles included law clerk, student extern, and legal assistant, all contributing to a well-rounded expertise in both legal and architectural sectors. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.
