Ender Roa has an extensive work experience spanning several years. Ender began their career at Chrysler Corporation in 1984, where they held multiple senior positions for over two decades until 2005. In 2017, they joined Certus Automotive Limited as the Director of Global Quality & China Operations, where they were responsible for strategic operational and quality responsibilities. In 2019, Roa became the Director of Quality and Lean Manufacturing Engineering at IMCORP, where they focused on improving quality and implementing lean manufacturing practices. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Louver Shop, where they oversee the manufacturing operations of the company.
Ender Roa has pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Wayne State University. Following that, they have completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, also at Wayne State University. Currently, Ender Roa is enrolled in Oakland University, where they are working towards an Executive MBA with a focus on International Business.
