Pramod Kaushal

Pramod Kaushal is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Projects at Deutche Group since April 2015, overseeing multiple hotel and infrastructure projects in Bihar and West Bengal. Prior to this role, Pramod held significant positions including Head of Projects at Louvre Hotels Group, where responsibilities included budget management and construction control, and General Manager at DLF Home Developers, managing high-profile construction projects. With earlier experience at Jaypee Greens, ITC Hotels, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and Jaypee Hotels, Pramod has a robust background in hotel and construction project execution. Pramod holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Osmania University and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from University College of Engineering, also part of Osmania University.
