As the CEO and co-founder of Declib Safety since 2012, Rose has focused on psychosocial risk identification, training material creation, and brand strategy development. Simultaneously serving as a senior consultant for SAFEmap International, Rose specializes in business development for French-speaking companies in Europe and the MENA region. Previously, Rose held key positions at Louvre Hotels Group as COO for Golden Tulip Afrique Francophone & East Africa and as an international business analyst.
