Banu Oray

Banu Oray currently serves as the Quality Management and Visitor Experience Project Manager at the Musée du Louvre since September 2014, leveraging expertise in design thinking and certified quality auditing. Previously, Banu held the role of Acting Director in the Quality and Internal Audit Department, focusing on quality management and performance oversight. Prior experience includes a position as Expert Advisor to the General Secretary at the French Treasury from August 2009 to August 2014, emphasizing transversal and interdepartmental projects alongside change management. Banu also led project management in the IT department at the French Treasury, overseeing various IT initiatives. At BUSINESS FRANCE, from July 2006 to August 2009, Banu directed the Quality and Audit Department, successfully achieving ISO 9001 certification. Banu began a career as a Legal Attaché and Press Officer at the Economic and Commercial Department of the French Embassy in Turkey from 1999 to 2006, specializing in regulatory and legal monitoring. Educational credentials include studies at Bilkent University, Ecole Du Louvre in Paris, and completion of Baccalauréat in Natural Sciences at Tevfik Fikret.
