Maxime

Maxime has over 7 years of experience in the fashion and beauty industries. Maxime started their career as a Sales Area Manager for L'Oréal, before moving on to Safilo, where they spent 3 years as an International Key Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing and optimizing partnerships with retailers, as well as building marketing projects cross countries in Americas. Maxime then left Safilo to join Antler as an entrepreneur, where they developed and consolidated sustainable business relationships with travel retail operators. After their time at Antler, they joined Love, Bonito as VP of International Expansion.

Maxime has a Master's degree in International Business from TBS Education, a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Audencia, and a Semester of Study in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Some direct reports include Christina - Regional Director, HK & TW, Tomoko - Country Director, Japan. Their manager is Dione, CEO. Maxime works with Jane - VP, Data & Growth, Lisa - Chief People Officer, and Pablo - Chief Technology Officer.
