Michelle Shieh

Michelle Shieh currently serves as the CRM and Loyalty Manager at Love, Bonito since April 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions such as Senior Growth Manager at abillion from June 2022 to October 2022, and progressed through several roles at Shopee from May 2019 to June 2022, including Senior Associate and Associate in Regional Marketing, where significant contributions were made in driving seller adoption of marketing tools and launching Shopee's first seller CRM tool. Previous experiences include a Product Marketing Manager role at Microsoft, conducting market research and managing user studies, as well as internships in strategy, SEO marketing, and business development. Michelle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from NYU Stern School of Business, following a high school diploma from Lynbrook High School.
