Rick Taylor has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Rick started their career at NatWest as an Account Manager from 2004 to 2009. Rick then joined Virgin Media, where they held various roles such as Telesales Agent, Customer Site Trainer, Senior L&D Facilitator, and L&D Quality Assurance & Partner Manager. During their time at Virgin Media, they focused on developing learning programs, delivering management and leadership development solutions, and negotiating training costs. In 2017, they joined Pareto Law as a Learning & Development Consultant, where they advised clients globally on sales performance gaps and designed customized learning solutions. In 2019, they moved to AO as a Learning & Performance Manager, leading the L&D function for multiple sales divisions and creating career pathways across the group. Currently, Rick holds the position of Head of Learning and Development at Love Energy Savings.
Rick Taylor Assoc CIPD attended Cheadle Hulme School from 1996 to 2002. Rick does not have a specified degree or field of study from this institution. In terms of additional certifications, Rick obtained a Certification in Training Delivery from TAP Training (The Training Accreditation Programme) in June 2017. Rick also received Myers Briggs Step 1 certification from the Myers & Briggs Foundation in March 2017. In addition, they are a licensed trainer of Continue & Begin Fast Coaching from www.ndk-group.com since March 2015. Rick holds a Silver Membership NLP Diploma from INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING AND COACHING LTD since October 2013. Rick also obtained a Certificate in Learning & Development Practice (Level 3) from CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
