Kate Richards

Kate Richards has experience in Human Resources and Talent & People Ops, having worked in these roles since 2014. Kate began their career in 2014 as a Sales Assistant and Intern at Brown Harris Stevens. In 2016, they moved to the National Football League (NFL) as a Human Resources. Kate then moved to WWE in 2018 as a Learning and Development Specialist. In 2019, they joined XFL as a Learning and Development Lead. Currently, they are employed at Love Wellness as Director, HRBP and Talent & People Ops Manager.

Kate Richards attended Vanderbilt University from 2011 to 2015, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human and Organizational Development. In 2013, they also studied at UNSW.
