Erin Williamson has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on programs and strategy related to addressing issues of human trafficking and exploitation. From 2014 to the present, they have worked at Love146, holding various roles including Chief Programs and Strategy Officer and Vice President of Global Programs and Strategy. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2014, Erin worked at Polaris (formerly Polaris Project) as the Survivor Care Program Director and later as the U.S. Programs Director. Erin also has experience in the private sector, working at ICF International from 2008 to 2013 in roles such as Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate. Their work in these roles has allowed their to develop a strong understanding of development and management in the non-profit sector.
Erin Williamson has a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from American University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Skidmore College. Erin also holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from The Catholic University of America.
