Joshua Royer

Joshua Royer is an experienced social worker and program manager currently serving as the Executive Director of the Brian Gibbons Homeless Outreach Program since July 2023. Joshua has held the position of 2-Gen Program Manager at Love146 since March 2021, focusing on services for survivors who are pregnant or parenting, and previously worked as a social worker providing counseling and crisis intervention for child victims of sex trafficking. Additional roles include Clinician at Stokes Counseling Services, Clinical Social Work Intern at Greater Waterbury Interfaith Ministries, Therapeutic Staff Support at Justice Resource Institute, and Residential Trainer at Prime Care- Community Options. Joshua holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University.
