Mol Jennifer Franz

Jennifer Franz has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Love146, where they have been working since 2004. Prior to their current position, Jennifer served as the Senior Director of Operations & Human Resources and Director of People, Culture, and Operations at Love146. Jennifer has also held roles such as Director of Employee Engagement, Director of Finance and Employee Engagement, Director of Finance, and Accounting Coordinator at Love146.

In addition to their work at Love146, Jennifer also has experience as a Business Manager at Outer Space Music, LLC and The Space, LLC. Jennifer started their career as a Bookkeeper at Silverman Realty and later worked as a Youth Director at Drew United Methodist Church. Jennifer's early career also includes the role of Operations Manager at Kisco Information Systems.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated a strong focus on building and developing inclusive teams, scaling operations, and driving organizational growth. Jennifer'sextensive experience in operations, finance, human resources, and employee engagement make their a valuable asset to any organization they work with.

Jennifer Franz has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Jennifer also holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the same institution. Furthermore, they have obtained a Graduate Certificate in Leadership of Nonprofits from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition to their education, Jennifer has obtained the certification of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management in February 2023.
