Doug Rudnicki

Doug Rudnicki has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Doug began their career in 1979 at Dairy Queen as the Development Manager for the International Department. During their time there, they played a pivotal role in pioneering the International Franchise Sales Program and traveled extensively to sell multi-unit development agreements worldwide. Doug also worked hands-on to improve franchisee sales and profitability through local marketing programs and a focus on service. In 2007, Doug moved on to Lovegreen Industrial Services, where they took on the role of National & International Project Manager. Doug then joined 3M as a Construction Management subcontractor for Reliatech Inc. It can be inferred that Doug possesses a wide range of skills and experience in project management, construction management, and international franchising.

Doug Rudnicki attended Normandale Community College from 1971 to 1972, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
