Logan Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Logan started their career in 2005 as a Camping Sales Associate at Gander Mountain. In 2009, they worked as a Collin County Adventure Camp Day Camp Counselor at the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Lion Ambassador at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Logan then transitioned into coaching and teaching roles, starting as a Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology Laboratory Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2010 to 2011. Concurrently, they volunteered as an Assistant Coach for Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track and Field. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Irving Nimitz High School, initially as a Special Education Inclusion Teacher and Distance Track Coach. Later, they became the Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant Track Coach. Since 2014, they have been working at Lovejoy ISD as the Head Boys Cross Country and Track & Field Coach.

Logan Kelly completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University-Commerce in the years 2007-2009. Logan then pursued a Master of Science degree in Health, Kinesiology, and Sports Studies from the same university, graduating in 2009-2011. Prior to their enrollment at Texas A&M University-Commerce, Logan attended Grayson College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied General Studies.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Logan Kelly has obtained several certifications. These include the TCEA Remote Learning Educator certification from the Texas Computer Education Association, obtained in July 2020, and a Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification from the Crisis Prevention Institute, obtained in October 2019. Logan also holds a USA Track and Field Association Level I Coaching Certificate, acquired in July 2014.
