Christy Escandon

Christy Escandon is an accomplished Chief Nursing Officer with extensive experience in healthcare administration, including current leadership at Lovelace Health System since September 2021. Previously, Christy served as CNO at UT Health East Texas and held similar roles at Texas Health Plano and Texas Health Allen. Prior to these positions, Christy was Vice President of Operations at Medical City Children's Hospital, overseeing nursing and daily operations. Christy's career also includes serving as CNO at Edinburg Regional Medical Center and CNO/COO at Valley Healthcare Alliance. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Western Governors University, an MBA from West Texas A&M University, and a BSN from the same institution.
