Samantha Findlay

Samantha Findlay has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Samantha was recently employed at Lovelace Health System, where they held the positions of Administrative Director of Operations and Director. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of outpatient physician services and Supervisor of Provider services at the same company. During their time as Supervisor of Provider services, Samantha implemented a new quality audit process and successfully raised the overall quality score and first call resolution rate. Before joining Lovelace Health System, Samantha worked as the Insurance and Billing Supervisor at Albuquerque Vision Clinic, where they developed performance metrics and incentive programs to boost sales. Samantha also assembled a team to monitor claims filing. Samantha's earlier work experience includes being an Office Manager at Albuquerque Redi Mix, where they implemented a process for capturing billable hours and created dispatch paperwork. Samantha also worked as a Montessori teacher at SpringStone Montessori School, where they developed teaching plans and teaching methods to cater to students' individual needs.

Samantha Findlay has a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, which they obtained from St Mary's University, Twickenham in the years 2001 to 2004. Before that, they completed their Advanced Level High School Diploma in English Language and Literature from Brentwood Private School between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, Samantha has acquired several certifications including Open Water Scuba Instructor, Assistant Instructor, Divemaster (DM), Foundations of Leadership, Model Netics, ABOC (American Board of Optometry), and a Montessori Teaching Diploma.
