Dr. Ian Stout

Dr. Ian Stout serves as the Executive Director of Loveland Classical Schools, a K-12 classical charter school with 1,000 students and 120 staff members. In this role since July 2017, Dr. Stout oversees critical areas including academics, operations, school finance, legal compliance, staffing, marketing, and strategic planning. Previously, Dr. Stout held the position of Principal at the same institution from 2011 to 2017 and has extensive experience as a science teacher and instructional guide. Early career highlights include teaching English as a Foreign Language in Morocco, developing a world history curriculum, and outdoor education leadership. Dr. Stout holds a Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership from the University of Colorado Denver, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Goddard College, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara.
