Skyler Hokama

Skyler Hokama has over 12 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Coordinator at Loveland Innovations. Prior to this, they worked at Grifols from 2008-2021. During this time, they held various roles, including Traveling Center Manager, Center Manager, Assistant Manager, Training Coordinator, Team Lead Phlebotomist and Donor Processor/Phlebotomist. As Training Coordinator, Skyler was responsible for directing leads, conducting, coordinating and preparing monthly staff training activities, collaborating with regional training staff, creating and maintaining compliant training records and files. As Donor Processor/Phlebotomist, Skyler was responsible for completing setups on the PCS2 machines, checking vein suitability, sterilizing venipuncture sites, performing venipunctures, connecting donors and determining donor suitability.

Skyler Hokama attended Utah Valley University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Skyler then attended Regis University from 2020 to present, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business/Commerce, General.
