J.P. Marquess

John (JP) joined the Philadelphia office of LMP as an Associate in 2016, was named Senior Associate in 2018, and Vice President in 2021. Prior to LMP, JP was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, aiding in the evaluation and execution of over 30 transactions including public and private capital raises, sell-side and buy-side M&A, fairness opinions, and valuation opinions. Prior to that, he was a Buy-Side Equity Research Summer Analyst with AlphaOne Capital Partners.

JP received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University.
