Jemima Jesutomi Ovwah

Jemima Jesutomi Ovwah is a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Lead at Lovell Partnerships Ltd since June 2021, overseeing the Morris Walk North Development in Greenwich, which will deliver 304 homes for the Royal Borough of Greenwich and PA Housing. Prior to this, Jemima spent nearly nine years at Lendlease, serving as a Commercial Manager on significant projects such as the Depford Landings Plot 4, Triton Square—which involved refurbishing 310,000 square feet of office space—and the West Grove project, a £145 million regeneration initiative that won the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards. Early in the Lendlease tenure, Jemima held the position of Assistant Commercial Manager, contributing to the award-winning Trafalgar Place mixed-use project. Jemima holds a First Class Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying from the University of Westminster.
