Neil Palmer

Neil Palmer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles in the construction industry. Neil started their career at Tarmac Construction Ltd as a Managing Surveyor in 1990. Neil then worked for Valden as a Commercial Manager before joining Mowlem Building Midlands in 1996, where they served as a Commercial Manager with responsibilities for construction operations in the Midlands. Neil was also a member of Mowlem Group Risk Committee during their time there. In 2006, they moved to Carillion Construction Ltd as a Senior Commercial Manager, a role they held until 2011. Neil returned to Carillion in 2011 and worked as a Senior Commercial Manager until 2014. In 2014, they joined Lovell Partnerships Ltd as a Divisional Audit Manager and later served as an Interim Regional Commercial Director. Neil also had a brief role at Lovell Partnerships Ltd in 2021 as an Interim Regional Commercial Director. Most recently, they worked as a Commercial Lead at Available - Building / Civils and is currently employed as a Project Director at Lovell Partnerships Ltd.

Neil Palmer attended the University of Wolverhampton from 1975 to 1978, where they studied Contract Law, Economics of Industry, and Building/Construction. Prior to attending university, they also studied at Wednesfield Grammar School, although the specific dates and areas of focus are not provided.
