Akanksha Hazari

Akanksha Hazari has been working in various roles since 2006. Akanksha began as a Founding Team Member and Board of Directors for Young Professionals in Foreign Policy in 2006. In 2007, they became a Senior Consultant in the Energy Practice at Booz and Company. In 2009, they worked as a Consultant for TechnoServe. In 2011, they won the Hult Prize as a part of the Cambridge University team. In 2015, they became the CEO and Founder of m.Paani. Most recently, in 2020, they became the CEO and Founder of LoveLocal, which won the ORIGIN Innovation Award 2020 (E-Commerce), Google Studio Company 2018, and Google Launchpad Company 2018. Additionally, they have been awarded the Vital Voices Global Leadership Economic Empowerment Award 2016, Google India Rising Star Award 2014, and the Hult Prize 2011.

Akanksha Hazari completed their undergraduate degree in Politics at Princeton University from 2001 to 2005. Akanksha then went on to earn their Master's degree from Emmanuel College at the University of Cambridge between 2010 and 2011.
