Arnab Das

Arnab Das has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2017. Arnab began their career as an HR Intern at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. In 2017, they also took on the role of President of HRuday-HR Club of XIME, Kochi. In 2018, they worked as a Business Technology Analyst at EAInfoBiz Inc. During this time, they worked on the Oracle Fusion HCM Applications. In 2019, they held two roles simultaneously: Recruitment Consultant at Resource Infinite and Human Resources Executive at Zivame. In this role, they handled end-to-end recruitment and managed vendor engagements, as well as sourcing profiles and screening resumes. Currently, Arnab is Manager - People Success at LoveLocal.

Arnab Das has an extensive education history. Arnab obtained their Senior Secondary degree in PCM from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar in 2009. Arnab then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Telecommunication from C.V.Raman College of Engineering between 2010 and 2014. In 2016, they began a Post Graduate Degree in Management (HRM) at Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) and completed it in 2018. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications from DevSkiller and LinkedIn, such as Tech Recruitment Certified Professional, Human Resources Foundations, Understanding Business, HR as a Business Partner, People Analytics, and Technical Recruiting.
