Gonçalo Melo

Gonçalo Melo has a varied work experience in the hospitality industry. Gonçalo recently joined LovelyStay in 2022, where they are currently working in Back Office Operations. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Bartender at Mirajazz. Gonçalo also served as a Receptionist at Catalonia Hotels & Resorts from 2020 to 2021. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Assistant at El Corte Inglés and as a Receptionist at Actahotels. In 2019, they worked as an Airbnb Advisor at Sitel. Gonçalo has also worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Hotel Blancafort Spa Termal in 2018, and at The Artist Porto Hotel & Bistrô for a short period in the same year.

Gonçalo Melo earned a Curso de Especialização Técnica Nível 5 in Gestão Hoteleira from Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Porto, where they attended from 2017 to 2019. Gonçalo then pursued a Licenciatura in Línguas e Culturas Estrangeiras at Instituto Politécnico do Porto, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2024.
