Dan Nephew

Dan Nephew has accumulated extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

Starting in 1995, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. In 1998, they joined Cytec Industries Inc. as an Enabling Team Manager.

In 2002, they transitioned to Staples where they held multiple positions. Dan served as a Profit Improvement Manager, a Process Design Senior Manager, and a Black Belt at different times. Later, they became the Director of Process Excellence and then the Director of Global Delivery. In those roles, they collaborated with offshore providers to improve operational processes and reduce costs.

In 2014, Dan joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as the Liberty Management System Director II, where they facilitated change management and the application of management systems. Dan later became the AVP and Manager of Claims Field Operations, responsible for managing a large claims operation.

In 2018, they became a Consultant at Systems Evolution, Inc., where they provided consulting services tailored to client needs.

Lastly, in 2019, Dan joined Lovepop as the Director and then the Senior Director of Systems and Operations. In this role, they worked on developing and managing business systems to support the company's growth and drive key business strategies.
