Heidi Hansen

Heidi Hansen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Heidi started their career as a Softlines/Guest Services Team Member at Target in 2011, where they collaborated with guest services and resolved guest questions and problems. After that, they worked as a Quality Document Reviewer at Transamerica, where they reviewed policies for data input errors and inconsistencies. Heidi then joined the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society as a Researcher and Grant Writer, where they researched and developed initiatives for conservation campaigns. Heidi also worked at Boston's Best Cruises as a Whale Watch Naturalist, providing educational experiences to passengers and facilitating partnerships with conservation organizations.

In 2014, Heidi joined Liberty Fleet of Tall Ships as an Outreach Manager, where they developed promotional materials and maintained marketing outlets. Heidi also worked part-time as a Whale Watch Naturalist for Boston Harbor Cruises and New England Aquarium during the summer months.

In 2015, Heidi became a Staff Accountant at Rethink Robotics, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Heidi later joined Life is Good as a Staff Accountant for the Kids Foundation, handling daily bookkeeping activities and financial reporting.

From 2018 to 2022, Heidi worked at the Barnes Foundation, initially as a Junior Accountant and then as a Senior Accountant. In these roles, they were responsible for accounts payable procedures, budget reports, and managing the AP/AR specialist.

Most recently, Heidi joined Lovepop as a Senior Accountant in 2022, where they are currently working.

Heidi Hansen graduated from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey in 2011, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in International Environmental Policy. Prior to that, they attended the University of Iowa from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Studies, with a focus on Japanese Language and Literature. In 2006, Heidi also had the opportunity to study abroad at Kanda University of International Studies.
