Crystal Centeno

Crystal Centeno is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in customer experience and education. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Associate at Lovevery since April 2022, Crystal focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction for Montessori-inspired developmental products using various platforms such as Shopify and Zendesk. Previous experience includes a role as a User Experience Research Assistant at UG Labs, where ethical data collection and analysis contributed to the development of a voice-based conversational AI for children. Crystal has also worked as a Montessori Education Assistant at Spring Education Group, and as an EdTech Specialist at both Outschool and KidzToPros, where the emphasis was on creating engaging STEAM and STEM curricula for international and local student populations. Crystal Centeno holds degrees from Boise State University and George Fox University, combining academic knowledge with practical experience in education and technology.
