Sharon Montanez is the Director of Retail Operations in the Americas for Lovisa Pty Ltd. Sharon is also the Founder of With LOVE LLC, where Sharon provides personal and business coaching, consulting, and healing services. With an extensive background in sales and operations, Sharon has previously held positions such as Vice President of Sales at Maggie's Farm Colorado and Director of Sales and Operations at ALDO Group. Sharon's education includes a degree in Broadcasting and Mass Communication from the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland, as well as certifications in personal training and alternative and holistic health services.
