Abbey Stroup's work experience begins in 2017 as a Retail Associate at Thistle Boutique. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Hostess at Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill and Chef Point. In 2021, they served as a Hostess at Whistle Britches. In 2022, Abbey worked as a Corporate Trainer at Thrive Marketing Group. Currently, they are a Benefits Analyst at Lovitt & Touché | Marsh McLennan Agency, starting in 2023.

Abbey Stroup completed their education at Grapevine High School from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained their GED. Abbey then pursued their undergraduate studies in Marketing at the University of Oklahoma from 2019 to 2023.
