Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Aon, where they held various roles including Resident Sales Director, Executive Vice President & Resident Managing Director, and Senior Vice President. Their tenure at Aon spanned from July 2003 to April 2022. Before joining Aon, James worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Project Controller from 2000 to 2003, and at Sterling Bank as an Analyst/Commercial Lending from 1998 to 2000.
