Joyce Perez is an experienced insurance and human resources professional with a diverse background in managing employee benefit plans and sales. Currently serving as a Client Executive at Lovitt & Touché since December 2020, Joyce previously held the positions of Southwest Regional Sales Manager and Senior Account Manager at Gilsbar from September 2015 to December 2020. Joyce's earlier experience includes working as an Account Manager at Summit Administration Services from August 2013 to September 2015, where there was a focus on life and health insurance. Prior roles include Human Resources Benefits Manager at Fort McDowell Enterprises & Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation, overseeing various employee benefits from February 2000 to August 2013, and Human Resources Specialist at Fort McDowell Casino from August 1994 to February 2000, managing HR operations and employee communications. Joyce is also a licensed Life & Health Agent and a member of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators.
