Jessica Johnson

Jessica Johnson, MPA, CLMS, currently serves as a Client Relationship Executive at Sun Life since September 2022, having previously held the same position at Sun Life from August 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, Jessica was a Senior Associate at Mercer for a brief period in 2022 and worked as a Client Service Manager and HRIS Analyst at Relph Benefit Advisors between 2016 and 2021. Early career experiences include roles as a Child Protective Services Caseworker at Monroe County, a Research Assistant at The Community Place of Greater Rochester, Inc., a Retail Merchandiser at Summit Services, Inc., and an Assistant Manager at both Fossil Watches and Pier 1 Imports. Jessica holds a Master of Public Administration from SUNY Brockport and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the same institution, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Folsom Lake College.
