Mercy A. serves as the Senior Director of Community Engagement at Lowell Community Health Center since February 2005, providing strategic leadership on Community Health initiatives focused on Health Equity, Social Determinants of Health, and Community Workforce Development. Redeveloping and managing health promotion programs, Mercy has extensive experience supervising diverse teams and coordinating community health efforts. Previous roles include Community Organizer at Utile, Faculty for Community Health Workers at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, and CHC Supervisor/COVID-19 Case Investigator at Partners In Health. Mercy holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Fitchburg State University and additional qualifications in Non-profit Leadership Practice, Health Care Management, and Medical Interpreting.
