Michelle Urena

Michelle Urena has a diverse background in healthcare and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Central Sterile Supply Technician at Lowell General Hospital since April 2022, Urena has also worked as a Personal Care Assistant at Tempus Unlimited, Inc. since July 2014. Previous experience includes serving as an Ophthalmic Technician at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center from January 2018 to December 2020, and a Package Handler at UPS from July 2010 to January 2018. Urena began career experience in retail as a Sales Associate at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. from October 2007 to March 2013. Urena holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Regis College, completed between 2019 and 2021, as well as an Associate's degree in General Studies with a Health Specialization from Northern Essex Community College.
