Patricia Basque

Patricia Basque, MEd, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and higher education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Lowell General Hospital since May 2002, Patricia administers the hospital’s compensation program, benefits strategy, and performance management, while also ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards. Previously, Patricia held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at Wellesley College from August 1982 to May 1999, where responsibilities included managing recruitment, staffing, and employee relations, as well as overseeing daily HR operations. Patricia holds a Human Resources Certification from Bentley University and a BS and MEd from Framingham State University.
