Rachel Nelson

Rachel Nelson, PT, DPT, is an experienced physical therapist with a diverse background in treatment and rehabilitation. Currently employed at the Center for Balance Mobility and Wellness since October 2019, Nelson also serves at Lowell General Hospital since January 2015. Previous experiences include internships at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy and Memorial Hermann Hospital, where Nelson focused on orthopedic and neurological care. Educational qualifications consist of a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Simmons University.
