Stacie Swanson

Stacie Swanson, MHA serves as Vice President of Physician Services for Circle Health/Lowell General Hospital. In this role, she provides executive leadership for the Circle Health Physicians Corporation, which includes 100+ providers in more than 20 practice locations. Ms. Swanson is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategic direction of the corporation while ensuring success in the areas of quality, financial performance, and growth. She is also responsible for the system’s physician recruitment strategy and network development in Circle Health’s primary and secondary markets. Ms. Swanson brings a keen understanding of the operational challenges and opportunities for physicians in today’s healthcare environment and is working toward innovative solutions to help position the physicians of Circle Health for success in meeting the patients’ evolving healthcare needs.

Ms. Swanson brings more than fifteen years of healthcare management experience to her role. She most recently served as Lowell General Hospital’s Executive Director of Physician Services. Prior to that, Ms. Swanson held roles at Elliot Health System as the Director of Medical Specialties and Medical Staff Recruitment and as the Manager of Physician Services at Lowell General Hospital from 2006-2011. Her expertise is in physician practice operations and physician recruitment, and she has demonstrated measurable success in these areas during her tenure at Lowell General.
