Adam Dickson

Adam Dickson is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Associate in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Group at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since May 2021, specializing in preferred stock financings, securities matters, corporate governance, and tech-related M&A transactions. Previously, Adam worked at Frigon Maher & Stern LLP, advising clients in technology and entertainment sectors, and at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where Adam focused on private equity and M&A transactions. Earlier experience includes roles at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in banking and finance, as well as positions at Google and various law firms.
