Carl Hessler serves as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, since January 2024. As a Partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since January 2011, Carl focuses on venture capital financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling for emerging companies. Previously, Carl interned at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, and worked as a Law Clerk for the City and County of San Francisco. Carl began a legal career as a Corporate Paralegal at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University and a JD and MBA from Santa Clara University School of Law. Carl is an alumnus of Bellarmine College Preparatory.
