Eugene Mishchenko

Eugene Mishchenko is a Special Counsel in Patent Law at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since September 2018, providing services related to patents and intellectual property. Since August 2004, Eugene has also served as a Professor of Physics at the University of Utah, focusing on research and teaching for graduate and undergraduate students. Previous experience includes roles as a Judicial Intern at the US District Court, District of Utah, a Summer Associate at Knobbe Martens, and as a Research Associate at Harvard University, alongside postdoctoral research positions at University of Colorado Boulder/Bell Labs and Leiden University. Eugene holds a Ph.D. from the Landau Institute for Theoretical Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences, and a J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
