Kathleen McGee is a legal professional with extensive experience in technology law, data security, and regulatory compliance. Currently a Partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, Kathleen provides technology and regulatory counsel, particularly in compliance and investigation matters. Previously, Kathleen served as Chief of the Bureau of Internet and Technology at the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, where significant achievements included advancing data security litigation and crafting related legislation. Additionally, Kathleen held leadership roles in the City of New York, focusing on policy development, legal analysis, and enforcement initiatives. With a legal education from Boston University School of Law, Kathleen also holds advanced and undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Chicago and Sarah Lawrence College, respectively.
