Patricia Cristadoro

Patricia Cristadoro has extensive experience in human resources and recruiting, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Lateral Recruiting at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since 2010, after previously holding the position of Manager of Lateral Recruiting. Prior experience includes working as an HR Consultant at Aon Human Capital Services, where responsibilities involved coordinating a high-volume, outsourced hiring process for Customer Care Associate positions across the US and Canada. Earlier in the career, Patricia served as an HR Professional at AT&T, where responsibilities included managing HR policies for clinical workforce staff, administering force management programs, and producing reports for the Leadership Team.
